Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if there is a sizing issue. We only refund or exchange if the product has a printing mistake or is damaged.

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The product amount will be issued back, once we have received the product and quality check is done.

Refund of shipping and COD charges are NOT applicable.

To self-ship your returns, raise a return request and once approved you can ship them to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share the shipping details on info@vespiral.com with your Order ID mentioned.

Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the coupon code issued to place the order for the New product. Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.

For products without any manufacturing defect or fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100 for T-Shirts and other products weighted under 500 grams and Rs.150 for Hoodies, reverse pick ups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are NOT at fault.

In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement or return only after the verification process is completed.

Plus sizes from 2XL and above, Mobile covers, Posters and Coffee mugs are not eligible for a return/exchange as we custom make them on demand.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
